X If the BY REFERENCE phrase is either specified or implied for a parameter,
X the corresponding data item in the invoking method occupies the same
X storage area as the data item in the invoked method.

X cannot be a function-identifier.
X If defined in the Linkage Section, you must have already provided
X addressability for identifier-3 prior to execution of the INVOKE

X SET ADDRESS OF identifier-3 TO pointer or PROCEDURE/ENTRY USING.
