Southwest Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

2 cups Hungry Jack Mashed Potato Flakes
1-3/4 cups water
4 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
1 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation Directions:
Heat water, margarine or butter, salt and taco
seasoning to a boil.

Remove from heat and add potato flakes, milk and
shredded Cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.

Fluff mixture to desired consistency.
