BLENDER POP UP BREAD

1 c. hot tap water
1/2 c. dry milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 1/4 c. flour

Combine all ingredients except flour and blend in electric blender for 1 minute.
Make a well in bowl of flour and pour liquid in well.
Mix with spoon; set aside and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
It will double in size.
Grease two (1 pound) coffee cans and divide the dough equally
between them. Put greased plastic lids on cans and set aside to
rise again in coffee cans until lids pop off, about 3/4 hour.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Allow to cool 15
minutes in can.

This easy bread requires no kneading and it is delicious and
economical to make.
