ROLLS (Using Blender)

1 med. Irish potatoes, cooked
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. warm water with 1 yeast cake
8 c. plain flour with 1 tbsp. salt

Blend in blender all ingredients except flour and salt.
While in blender, let rise about 30 minutes.
In large mixing bowl, combine 8 cups flour with 1 tablespoon salt.
Pour in yeast mixture; mix thoroughly. Refrigerate; use as needed.
Keeps about 1 week.
To make cut rolls: Roll out on lightly floured surface.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Spread half of each round with melted butter and fold over.
Place on cookie sheet and brush with melted butter.
Let rise about 1 hour.
Bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes, until brown.
Yield about 60 rolls.

Option: Instead of rolling, pinch off small balls of dough and place 3 in greased muffin tin, making a clover leaf roll.
