BLENDER CHOCOLATE-RUM POTS DE CREME

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. dark rum
1 egg
1/2 c. heavy cream

Grate chocolate pieces in blender.
Add boiling water and blend until chocolate melts.
Blend in sugar, rum, egg, then cream until smooth and well blended.
Pour into dessert dishes.
Chill.
Serves 6 to 8.

MOCHA POTS DE CREME: Omit rum. Add 2 teaspoons of instant coffee.
