CORN PAKORA
INGREDIENTS:
6 corn cobs
1 tablespoon besan( bengal gram flour)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoon plain yogurt
3 green chillies, finely chopped
1" piece ginger, minced
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, chopped
oil for frying
salt to taste

METHOD: Wash and grate the corn. Mix well all the
ingredients (except oil) and divide into equal
portions.Shape each portion into small round ball. Deep
fry on medium flame till light brown. Serve hot.
