STUFFED MASALA BHINDI -INDIAN
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg Okra/bhindi
2 tblspn. coriander-cumin powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 large garlic cloves,minced finely
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1 tblspn fresh cilantro, finely chopped
salt to taste
oil for frying

METHOD:Wash and wipe dry the bhindi, trim off the tops and
slit open lengthwise, one side of the bhindi. Mix together
coriander-cumin powder, chillie pwd, turmeric, garlic,
cilantro, garam masala, salt and few drops of oil. Stuff a
little of this mix into each bhindi. Set aside the
leftover mix. Heat the oil, add the bindis. Cook without
adding any water. Serve Hot
