CHILI MAC Homemade Hamburger Helper

Ingredients

1 pound vegie burger, cooked and drained
2-1/4 cups hot water
1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup stewed or diced canned tomatoes

Sauce Packet Ingredients:
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 TBS Parmesan cheese (or to taste)

Directions

Use vegie burger, 2-1/4 cups hot water and 1/2 cup of milk.
Bring to a boil and add macaroni and tomatoes. Add the sauce
ingredients, cover and cook on low about 12 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until pasta is tender. In the last few minutes
of cook time, stir in the cheese; cover the pot again for the
final few minutes of cook time. Stir in mozzarella, near the
end and sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese during the 5-minute
standing period.
