BEEF STROGANOFF

Ingredients

1 pound vegie burger, cooked and drained
1 cup hot water
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups small egg noodles
1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Sauce Packet Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Use vegie burger, 1 cup hot water and 1-1/2 cups
of milk and 1/2 cup sour cream. Bring to a boil
and add pasta and mushrooms. Add the sauce ingredients,
cover and cook on low about 12 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until pasta is tender.
