Ranch Potato Bake

1 package Simply Shreds Hash Brown Potatoes
2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
4 oz ranch dressing
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a small casserole dish, toss potatoes with melted butter.
Cover and bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
3. Carefully mix in dressing, sour cream and cheese. Top with
Cornflake Crumbs and put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
