VELVEETA Classic Potatoes Au Gratin

5 cups thinly sliced potatoes (5 to 6 medium)
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA cut up
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. Dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 cup Milk

COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 8 to 10 minutes
or until fork-tender; drain.

TOSS potatoes with remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole;
cover.

BAKE at 350F for 22 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir gently before serving.
