Chili For Two

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
Small onion, diced
Half a green pepper, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/3 cups vegan meat crumbles
1/2 cup water
15 ounce can of diced tomatoes
8 ounce can kidney beans

Sizzle onion, pepper and garlic in hot oil, gradually
stirring in chili powder and crumbles.
Add water, cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes over low
heat until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes and beans
and heat through.

Toppings:
Vegan Grated cheese (optional)
Crushed corn chips (optional)
Vegan Sour cream (optional)
