Avocado Supreme

1 Large, ripe avocado
Sour Cream
Chunky Picante Sauce

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
(Do NOT peel the avocado if you're using this as an appetizer.
By leaving the peel on, it's easy to hold.) Fill the pit
with a dollop of sour cream and top with a drizzling of
picante sauce.

That's it. It's yummy and loaded with the good stuff
that we all need now.
