BBQ Chickett Calzones
1 package Worthington Chickett, chopped
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (or more if preferred)
1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese
1 roll refrigerated pizza dough

Directions
1. Combine Chickett and 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
2. Spray cooking spray on a baking pan.
3. Preheat oven per pizza dough package directions (usually 400
degrees).
4. Unroll pizza dough on baking pan, roll slightly
but do not
create holes in the dough when doing so. Cut in two,
width-wise
5. Spread Chick-ett mixture on one half of each piece of dough
within 1/2 inch of the edge. Drizzle two tablespoons of BBQ
sauce on top.
6. Top with each side with 1/2 of the cheese and another
tablespoon of BBQ sauce.
7. Fold the uncovered portion of dough over the filling, and
pinch the edges together to seal the calzone during baking.
8. Bake according to pizza dough package directions (usually
10-15 minutes).

Cut each half into two. This recipe makes four very filling servings!
