Beets in Spicy Sauce

1 pound beets, cooked
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon catsup
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel beets. Dice small.

Combine cream, mustard, catsup, salt and pepper in bowl.
Add beets; mix well. Chill until serving time.

Yield: 4 servings
