Kidney Bean and Mushroom Veggie Burger

1 medium carrot
1/ cup oats
1 14 ounce can kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 onion
1 medium carrot
1/2 red or yellow bell pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Process carrot in food processor until grated.
Add oats and beans and pulse a few times.
Add remaining ingredients and process until well combined butt
still slightly coarse.

Chill for at least 45 minutes then form int 4 - 6 patties.

Broil for 5-6 minutes on each side. You could also cook these
mushroom veggie burgers on the grill, or pan fry in oil.
