Potato Veggie Burgers

Potato (approx. 1/2 potato makes one patty)
Mixed frozen vegetables carrot, corn, peas, etc.
cilantro
chili powder, to taste
salt, to taste
lemon juice
2 tbsp diced onion
bread crumbs

Boil the potatos and mush them in a bowl.

Mix vegetables, cilantro, onion, chili powder, salt, lemon
juice.

Use bread crumbs or pieces of bread to help the mixture bind
together and make patties.

Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat patties till
they turn a little brown on each side.
