DANIELLE'S VEGETARIAN CHILI
2 c.chopped onions
3 T. garlic powder
2 t. ground cumin
4 t. chili powder
4 c. drained canned black beans
2 c. vegetable stock
1 can tomatoes
salt
pepper
1/2 c. of water

Directions:
In large dutch oven over med. heat, bring water to a boil.
Add onions, saute stirring for about 2 min. Add garlic,
cumin, and chili powder, stir for 3 min.

Add black beans, vegetable stock and tomatoes. Increase
heat to med-high. Simmer, covered for 20 min. Stirring
occasionally.

Serves: 4
